Town of Bruderheim

Located in resource-rich Lamont County, Bruderheim is in the Alberta Industrial Heartland where investment currently exceeds $40 billion. There are over 1,700 oil/gas wells in the County, and the Town is ideally located to service regional oil sands projects.

Many opportunities exist to establish a business base in Bruderheim. The area is well served by major highways, including a High Load Corridor. Major pipelines run nearby, enhancing Bruderheim’s appeal to the service industry. In addition, agriculture is a major industry for Bruderheim, and Lamont County, the third largest county in the Alberta HUB region with gross farm receipts of $181 million (2016). There are multiple livestock operations in the region. Farms also produce a variety of crops including canola, barley, wheat and peas.

Bruderheim also has a range of services including accommodations, fine dining, and access to shopping that make this an ideal place to start a business and a family.
