The M.D. of Bonnyville is approximately two hours northeast of Edmonton on Highway 28 extending to the Saskatchewan border, and approximately 75 miles north of Lloydminster. The Bonnyville – Cold Lake region is accessed from primary Highways 41, 28, and 55.
